How do I return an item or cancel service?

Refund/Return Policy:
Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

We do not accept returns for exchange or refund on any delivered packing supply.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately.

There is a 15% administration fee for cancelled orders. Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item sent from our store. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us, will NOT be refunded.

Service Change of Order:
All changes to service will require prepayment plus change fee. Balance on account will be used against change order with change fee plus additional amount due and invoiced separately.

Refund/Cancellation Policy:
No refunds will be provided for the following products/services: crates, packing supplies
Cancellation of Shipping Insurance: If policy is active and shipment has begun transport, no cancellation will be allowed.
Cancellation of Shipping Services: If shipment has been collected but not departed the country, cancellation is possible and a partial refund can be obtained.

Cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to pickup if pickup service is scheduled or survey is scheduled. An administrative fee of $125.00 will apply and refund will be less $125.00USD the amount purchased for transportation services and $25.00 administrative fee for products and any refund will be less $25.00 USD..
